Inspired by You. Designed for You.

As an approved building partner at Sunnydowns, Urbo Homes brings more than 25 years of experience designing and building distinctive homes in Rotorua and across the wider region. Our reputation has been built on creating homes that are individual, beautifully considered and made for the people who live in them. That commitment to design and craftsmanship has been recognised nationally, including two National House of the Year wins, twelve Gold Reserve Awards and consistent regional Gold and category awards.

But for us, awards are only part of the story.  Great homes start with understanding how you want to live.

Our experienced team works closely with you to create a home that responds to your lifestyle, your priorities and the unique characteristics of your Sunnydowns site.   From orientation and natural light to indoor outdoor connection, entertaining, family living and the details that make a house feel like home, every element is considered around you. With Urbo, you’re not choosing an off the shelf house. You’re working with a local team with the experience, design expertise and construction knowledge to bring your own vision to life.
